What are your hours of operation?
We will monitor emails, SMS and social media 7 days a week. It is best to contact us through these avenues to request information on availability as we do not always have our booking schedules handy if you call. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order?
Here at Little Miss Vintage, we appreciate that sometimes you may just want one or two special items to add to your event – so we have no minimum hire fee!
Is DIY collection available?
Yes. It may be more cost effective to come and collect and return hired items directly to Little Miss Vintage in Forrestfield. All collections and returns are via appointment only, and this can be organised at the time of booking. Alternatively, Little Miss Vintage can arrange for the delivery and collection of items; however fees will apply.
Is the delivery cost included in the items price?
No, the prices on the website exclude delivery, unless stated. The delivery fee is an additional cost that starts at $120 and varies depending on each individual order. A more accurate delivery quote will be provided upon contact with Little Miss Vintage, however the fee is determined by the items, quantities, delivery location, access and the dates and times of the event.
How do I request a quote and arrange a booking?
Take a look through our website and social media pages; and once you have decided on the pieces you wish to use for your event, simply complete our online quote request form. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please list the items you wish to hire along with the date, time and venue location.
How long is the hire period?
The prices shown on our website are based on 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made and agreed as confirmed. Extended 4 day hire terms are available on some items and agreement must be confirmed. Overdue returns without prior arrangement may incur an additional cost.
Do you offer discounts?
No, we feel that our prices are very reasonable and so do not offer any discounts on our items. We ask that you refrain from requesting one as our negation may offend.
Do you have a showroom?
No. As Little Miss Vintage is run from a private residence, booking of our items is via online only. However, we are happy to provide you with any extra details you may need; such as photos and measurements, via email if required. For all enquiries relating to our products please contact us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should cancellation of a booking occur within 10 days of the hire date the 20% deposit is non-refundable. All other cancellations will be at the discretion of the Owner in consultation with the Hirer..
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, we require 20% deposit.
What happens if something breaks or is lost?
When hiring items, the renter is responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
A credit card hold or refundable bond is required for all rentals in case of any damages or lost hire items. In the event that any items are lost or damaged, you will be charged for the cost of replacement.
Terms & Conditions
(a) The “Owner” is Little Miss Vintage (b) The “Hirer” refers to the person(s) or company hiring equipment from the Owner (c) “Equipment” means all equipment and accessories supplied by the Owner to the Hirer.
Unless otherwise stated quotes will be valid for a period of up to seven days from date of issue, after which time acceptance of any order placed is subject to written confirmation. Acceptance of the quotation is subject to written confirmation, payment of deposit, and the Company's Terms & Conditions of Hire signed by an authorised person on behalf of the Customer. On commencement of hire without the Customer's written confirmation to such action it shall be deemed that the Customer agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Hire.
A 20% deposit is required at confirmation of booking; full payment is required a minimum of 7 business days prior to delivery or collection. Deposits are required for all orders, with the exception of orders placed less than 7 days from delivery which requires full payment to confirm the booking. Payment plan options are available.
All hire Equipment is quality checked, counted and clean prior to delivery or collection; and will remain the property of the owner.

Bond / Liability
A bond is required by way of valid credit card details for all bookings. Upon return to our premise should any item be found to be unclean, damaged, missing or require replacement, the Hirer will be charged for the cost to clean, repair or replace the item. The Owner reserves the right to deduct charges from the nominated credit card as agreed to by the Hirer. Hire Equipment is not covered by insurance, full responsibility remains with the Hirer. The Owner, accepts no responsibility or liability for damage to property or persons from the use of hire equipment once it has left our premise.
Delivery requirements of hire Equipment by the Owner will be agreed with the Hirer prior to the hire Equipment leaving our premise. Should the Hirer not advise of changed or extended delivery requirements the owner reserves the right to apply an additional cost. Hire Equipment will not be taken upstairs unless agreed with the Owner prior to delivery.
Collection of hire Equipment by the Hirer means the Hirer is responsible for safe transit to and from our premise. The Hirer needs to ensure the Equipment is adequately protected and secured with drop sheets, ropes etc as required during transit.

Once the deposit has been paid the hire agreement has automatically been entered into by the hirer.
